About the Role

Madison Hunt, collaborating with a Global Infrastructure Fund, is recruiting for an Investment Associate to join their San Francisco-based team promptly. This key position supports the Global Infrastructure & Real Assets Investment team throughout all phases of the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The Investment Associate will contribute to the execution of various transactions including GP-led secondaries, LP portfolio secondaries, co-investments, and primary fund investments. Additionally, this role involves portfolio management and advancing strategic projects that foster the team's and the platform's growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• A background of 2 to 4 years in areas such as infrastructure and real assets investing, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and solid analytical capabilities, including the skill to interpret financial statements and assess key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated aptitude for rapid learning, initiative in managing tasks independently, and juggling various priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Adaptability to fast-moving, transaction-focused contexts, producing high-quality results under strict deadlines.
• Highly driven, resourceful, and organized, capable of balancing multiple demands and delivering outcomes autonomously.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and relationship management abilities, with effective collaboration among internal stakeholders and external partners like General Partners, clients, brokers, consultants, and management teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel as dictated by business requirements.
