Role Overview
The Singapore-based office is looking for a driven Investor Relations Analyst/Associate to enhance investor communications and support fundraising activities. This pivotal position involves coordinating investor events, providing strategic insights into portfolio performance, and fostering strong stakeholder relations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Investor Relations team to strengthen the firm's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with current and potential investors, ensuring transparent and consistent engagement.
- Plan and oversee investor events such as conferences, roadshows, and meetings, managing logistics to maximize impact and support capital raising.
- Create and present materials highlighting investment opportunities aligned with the firm's fundraising goals.
- Conduct market research, financial analyses, and portfolio reviews to provide actionable information to investors.
- Prepare reports and administrative documents for clients and internal use.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives related to investor relations and fundraising efforts.
- Support junior team members through coaching and collaboration to ensure project success.
Candidate Requirements
- Two to five years of professional experience in investor relations, private funds, finance, event planning, client services, or related support roles.
- Background in hospitality or client-facing services is advantageous.
- Academic credentials ideally include studies in finance, economics, business, or related disciplines.
- Strong aptitude in financial analysis and market research, capable of identifying trends and opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones effectively.
- Superior communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Flexible and proactive mindset suited to dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
