Role Overview

The Junior Executive in Communications, based in Riyadh, supports senior consultants and account leads by delivering comprehensive strategic communications assistance to various clients. The role involves extensive research, media monitoring, client engagement, and consistent travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile research, briefing documents, and analytical reports to assist client guidance.
• Assist account leads and managers in formulating strategic communications plans.
• Draft messaging content including talking points, press releases, and digital materials.
• Evaluate and present data insights to enhance communication strategies.
• Prepare materials for new business proposals and contribute actively in meetings at account and company levels.
• Participate in client meetings with routine travel.
• Manage daily digital operations ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support and execute data-centric digital strategies encompassing narrative creation for social media.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders and influencers via targeted digital campaigns.
• Collect foundational data, conduct stakeholder interviews, perform as-is assessments, and assist in benchmarking studies.
• Organize learning and development session logistics, facilitating communication and session delivery.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong research and writing proficiency, maintaining high standards in content creation.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Analytical mindset coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with a flexible attitude while also thriving in team settings.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2.1) with a preference for candidates with a Master’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than three years of professional experience in communications, with a preference for candidates experienced in or consulting for public sector entities in the Gulf region.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic.
