About the Role
Bafna Toys, a fast-growing Indian toy manufacturing company, invites applications for the position of Junior Operations Executive located in Vedapatti, Coimbatore (PIN: 641007). This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in operations within a dynamic and growth-oriented workplace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Liaise with vendors, transporters, customers, and internal team members.
- Support the Director by assisting with daily operational follow-ups.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule through consistent coordination.
- Maintain accurate operational records and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Excel functions.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Strong ability to follow up on tasks and pay close attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with organizational skills and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
