About So Incredible
So Incredible is a boutique, digital-first Influencer Talent Management Agency and Content Production Studio based in London. We collaborate with some of the UK's top content creators and global brands, supported by our in-house production studio and video team.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Talent Manager to join our expanding creator roster and contribute to delivering outstanding influencer campaigns. This entry-level position involves work across influencer marketing, content planning, brand collaborations, and talent development. Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will be involved in managing day-to-day talent activities and supporting the entire campaign lifecycle. This role is full-time, based onsite in Hackney, London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with communication, schedule coordination, and deliverable tracking for creators.
- Support the Talent Managers in managing brand partnership campaigns from initial briefing through to completion, including tracking timelines, assets, and approvals.
- Manage talent calendars, event invitations, and gifting logistics.
- Coordinate content scheduling, help with brainstorming creative ideas, and assist in the preparation of creative pitch presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date databases, monitor campaign performance, and prepare wrap-up reports.
- Conduct research to identify new talent, commercial opportunities, and potential growth areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills, professional in email correspondence, confident on calls, and capable of writing clear briefs.
- Well-versed in digital culture, trends, the creator economy, and familiar with Gen Z audiences.
- Previous experience in creative, media, or influencer roles including internships or freelance work.
- Proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with Canva, Missive, or SmartSuite is a plus.
- A genuine passion for supporting and nurturing creator talent over the long term.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Additional Information
Location: Hackney Central, London
Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:00
Salary Range: £27,000 to £30,000 per year depending on experience
