We are seeking a Junior Tender Manager to join our global bidding team. This role involves collaboration with commercial, technical, operational, and legal teams to coordinate the preparation and submission of competitive tenders. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender submissions and assist in managing client communications.
• Support the analysis of pricing structures and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders including legal, operational, and technical teams.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree, ideally in a relevant subject area.
• Have some early-career experience in commercial tendering, project coordination, operations, or within the energy, offshore, or maritime industries.
• Experience in offshore sectors such as marine, geophysical, seismic, or energy operations is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
• Capable of handling multiple deadlines and engaging various stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exhibit commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
