Role Overview

We seek a dedicated Kitchen Steward to become an integral part of our culinary operations. This essential behind-the-scenes role focuses on ensuring the kitchen remains clean, safe, and systematically organized to assist chefs and the Food & Beverage team effectively. Your dedication to hygiene and order will contribute significantly to our guests’ exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleanliness and organization across kitchen, storage, and back-of-house zones.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment consistently.
• Maintain food safety standards through diligent cleaning of kitchen tools and workspaces.
• Assist chefs with preparatory activities and verify readiness of service areas.
• Oversee waste management and recycling following hotel policies.
• Strictly adhere to hygiene, safety protocols, and workplace guidelines at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a positive mindset and willingness to back the broader kitchen team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Capable of performing efficiently amid a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Effective communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous commercial kitchen or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
