About the Role

We are developing UNITE, a Strategy-to-Outcome Platform that creates a new market niche by enabling companies to design accurate strategies and achieve outcomes through a validated body of methodologies. The platform builds upon a bestselling framework with over 100,000 users, more than 200 executable frameworks, and a proprietary ontology, ensuring method-guided, deterministic, and auditable results.

We are seeking a Knowledge Architect who possesses profound expertise in methods, both academically grounded and practically demonstrated. This role involves constructing the core methodology, rendering it machine-executable, and collaborating directly with enterprise pilot customers. This senior position does not include executive leadership or line management responsibilities; impact is achieved through deep specialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and refine the method corpus, enhancing frameworks for AI execution and developing new ones focused on priority areas such as Data & AI, Change, and Organizational Design. Integrate these into the UNITE ontology with clear, unambiguous definitions and explicit interrelations.
• Manage the methodological standards of the Results Engine by evaluating AI-generated outputs to ensure they are mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive (MECE), clearly defined, and ontologically coherent.
• Provide hands-on support during enterprise pilot projects starting October by understanding client requirements, methodically translating them, and ensuring the quality of outputs at the intersection of academic theory and practical application.
• Following validated pilots in 2027, potentially develop an enablement or academy function while maintaining responsibility for the methodological core.

Requirements

• Extensive methodological expertise across multiple domains including strategy consulting, enterprise architecture, and transformation delivery, emphasizing breadth rather than narrow specialization.
• Strong research background with a PhD considered highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to bridge academic research and practical implementation, having worked both scientifically and on real-world projects involving customers.
• Expertise in decomposing complex problems into MECE components, translating them into machine-readable formats, and crafting precise definitions for use by both humans and machines.
• Knowledge in computational linguistics is highly valued, particularly regarding ontology design, term disambiguation, and structured knowledge representation.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows is essential; excellent English communication skills are required.
• Must be based in Europe to facilitate occasional in-person meetings despite the remote-first working model.

Compensation and Employment Details

This position offers a substantial equity stake with milestone-based vesting. The cash component is below typical corporate levels; candidates seeking a standard corporate salary package should not apply.
