About SentiLink

SentiLink is revolutionizing identity verification across the United States by delivering faster, smarter, and highly accurate identity and risk solutions, transforming a traditionally ineffective and costly process. Widely recognized and supported by top investors such as Craft Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz, SentiLink has verified hundreds of millions of identities and continues to expand rapidly beyond financial services into new domains.

Operating as a digital-first company, SentiLink encourages flexible working from remote and office settings, with offices located in major U.S. cities and India, fostering strong collaboration across teams.

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Learning & Development expert to lead the creation and expansion of SentiLink's learning culture. This pivotal position involves devising a comprehensive learning strategy and developing a suite of programs that empower employees, managers, and leaders to grow professionally along their career journeys.

The incumbent will manage learning throughout the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and specialized fraud education to managerial skill development, leadership growth, performance support, and knowledge exchange. This role will involve both enhancing existing initiatives and launching new impactful programs, while collaborating closely with company leadership and reporting to the Head of People.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and steer the learning and development strategy, targeting skill gaps and prioritizing initiatives that produce measurable business results.
  • Design, implement, and refine learning programs covering all stages of the employee experience, including onboarding, fraud-related education, managerial and leadership growth, and continuous professional development.
  • Work in partnership with organizational leaders to identify capability requirements and develop actionable learning interventions that elevate both individual and company performance.
  • Create and lead engaging workshops and training sessions tailored to employees at various levels, fostering an enriching learning environment.
  • Enhance employee learning access and knowledge sharing by developing scalable resources, documentation, and self-help tools.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through data and feedback, driving ongoing refinement and improvement of learning outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary lead for all learning and development functions at SentiLink, balancing strategic planning with direct implementation.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, learning & development, talent development, or related fields, with a track record of creating and expanding learning programs.
  • Proven expertise in delivering engaging learning experiences designed specifically for adult learners.
  • Exceptional skills in presentation, facilitation, and communication, with ability to captivate diverse audiences.
  • Strong program management capabilities, managing multiple projects independently from concept through delivery.
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment requiring development of numerous programs from scratch.
  • Attributes include curiosity, collaboration, pragmatism, and strong execution drive.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in startup or fast-growing tech companies.
  • Experience supporting learning functions in technical environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an annual salary range of $155,000 to $200,000, along with equity options and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Employer-paid group health insurance covering employees and their dependents.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching or equivalent for non-US roles.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Regular in-person company-wide events.
  • Home office stipend and additional perks.
