Learning Solutions Consulting Manager

About the Role

A client of Kforce Inc is seeking a Learning Solutions Consulting Manager based in Atlanta, GA. The position involves leading and coordinating comprehensive learning and development projects from initial planning stages through to final delivery. The role requires partnership with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and internal teams to create effective learning programs across various formats including instructor-led, virtual, and digital, while maintaining a superior learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage timelines, deliverables, and overall management of learning and development projects.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to collect requirements and facilitate project execution successfully.
• Coordinate the creation and implementation of instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
• Lead project meetings, conduct reviews, and manage all communications with stakeholders.
• Handle learner communications and provide support during learning events.
• Monitor project budgets, key performance indicators, and assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Identify potential risks within projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance learning processes and outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Three to seven years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Learning Solutions roles.
• Strong capabilities in project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with supporting learning programs spanning multiple delivery methods.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in a professional services setting is advantageous.
• Experience with Big 4 firms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Learning Technology Platforms.
• Experience in budget management and tracking KPIs.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of virtual and digital learning solution delivery.

The compensation range offered reflects the anticipated pay span based on education, qualifications, skills, location, and experience, though the actual pay may vary. The company provides a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance plans, health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), 401(k) retirement plans, and life, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to qualifying employees. Paid time off is available for salaried staff, while hourly employees may have paid sick leave depending on applicable laws or contracts. Bonuses, commissions, or incentives are not applicable for this position.
