Role Overview

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a Lifeguard to join the team at Fraser Suites in Doha. This role involves ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests by enforcing facility policies and providing excellent customer service. The Lifeguard will manage leisure areas, ensure cleanliness, and promptly assist guests with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm guest eligibility to access facilities by verifying identification and using control desk systems.
• Welcome guests with a positive attitude and offer information about recreational activities and available programs.
• Support guests by assisting with membership applications, facility bookings, and event preparations.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, apply established procedures, and manage any disputes or unsafe conduct.
• Maintain inventory by collecting and managing stock, ensuring requisitions are approved and completed.
• Report any accidents or incidents to supervisors or managers on duty promptly.
• Carry out maintenance and cleaning tasks within activity areas to maintain a safe and suitable environment.
• Protect guests' belongings, manage key-holding responsibilities, and aid both internal and external services during events.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and statutory requirements, including fire safety, health and safety standards, and licensing laws.
• Monitor guest behavior around the pool area, perform daily equipment inspections, and uphold hotel policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential.
