About the Role
Transport for NSW invites applications for a permanent full-time Linemarker position located in Grafton, NSW. This role involves operating linemarking equipment and supporting transport network maintenance projects that directly impact communities and customers. It is an opportunity to contribute to significant legacy projects across regional and outer metropolitan transport areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate linemarking machinery, vehicles, and related equipment safely to provide road marking services.
- Carry out linemarking, traffic control, and maintenance activities in diverse settings whilst ensuring the delivery of quality outcomes and managing operational risks.
- Address and resolve routine operational challenges, escalating complex issues as necessary to reduce risks and support project success.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to promote safe, efficient, and reliable transport network outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in recording work activities, communicating within a team environment, and safely performing linemarking, driving, or labouring tasks.
- Proven reliability as a team player with a strong focus on safety, environmental standards, and quality compliance while addressing routine operational problems.
- Skilled in operating various plant, vehicles, or linemarking equipment to support maintenance services.
- Holder of a current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence and a White Card, with a willingness to acquire additional required licences or tickets for operational purposes.
- Prepared to undertake further legislated or internal certifications as necessary.

This is an onsite role based at Grafton, limited to the Transport for NSW regional transport network.
