Position Overview
ProSync Technology Group, LLC is looking to hire an enthusiastic Logistician II to support and enhance integrated logistics systems spanning operational, acquisition, and sustainment settings. This role is focused on managing the full lifecycle of various systems and equipment by creating logistics policies, overseeing supply chains, and guaranteeing platform readiness. Note that this role pertains to a future contract opportunity not yet awarded.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics planning, lifecycle management, and support efforts for a U.S. Navy client.
- Integrate logistics across operational, acquisition, and wholesale domains.
- Develop and implement logistics support procedures, policies, and systems.
- Provide guidance for implementation and ensure adherence to logistics standards.
- Create and enforce directives to guarantee effective logistics support.
- Ensure workforce receives necessary training to maintain readiness.
- Manage logistics associated with lifecycle oversight of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.
- Support activities related to supply chain coordination, maintenance planning, and sustainment.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering logistics support.
- Familiarity or experience with Navy operations is preferred.
- Must hold at least a Secret security clearance or higher to be eligible.
- Educationally, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
