About the Role
We are seeking a commercially astute B2B Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts across the EMEA region. This role partners closely with the regional Sales team to develop and implement strategic demand-generation initiatives while managing the regional marketing agenda. Collaborating with both regional and international teams, you will influence business priorities, craft marketing strategies, and ensure that campaigns, events, partnerships, and demand-generation efforts drive tangible business results.
This position is based in our London office.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main Marketing Business Partner for the EMEA Sales organisation, establishing strong relationships with senior commercial leaders.
- Convert commercial goals into actionable regional marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Influence decision-making processes through data analysis, insights, and commercial justification.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align Sales priorities with global marketing objectives.
- Represent Marketing in cross-department initiatives and projects.
- Drive the development and enhancement of WGSN’s global demand generation capabilities while owning the EMEA-specific strategy.
- Implement initiatives to optimize the marketing and sales funnel, enhancing lead management, attribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership, Marketing Operations, and regional teams to implement scalable growth strategies.
- Maintain and oversee the EMEA marketing calendar, ensuring activities support both regional and global business targets.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs including campaigns, account-based marketing, events, partnerships, and paid social media efforts.
- Ensure quality delivery of marketing initiatives while remaining actively involved as needed.
- Advocate for the WGSN brand throughout EMEA and identify opportunities to boost customer engagement and visibility.
- Set and track marketing KPIs to measure business performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve marketing activities by leveraging campaign, pipeline, and customer data.
- Share best practices across regional teams to enhance global marketing effectiveness.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, subscription models, insights, or technology sectors.
- Strong commercial insight paired with excellent stakeholder management and persuasion abilities.
- Proven track record in designing and refining demand generation programs spanning the marketing and sales funnel, with expertise in lead management, lead scoring, marketing attribution, CRM (especially Salesforce), and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple channels such as campaigns, events, partnerships, ABM, and digital marketing.
- Capability to balance strategic thinking with practical marketing execution.
- History of leading complex strategic projects involving multiple teams and regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to guide marketing decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, subscription services, insights, or technology companies.
- Experience collaborating within matrix organizations across regional and global teams.
