Role summary

This opportunity is for an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) professional with strong enterprise integration experience. The role focuses on building and supporting integrations between Oracle SaaS products such as Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud HCM, as well as connections between SaaS and PaaS systems. Candidates with VBCS experience may also be considered for related extension development work, especially for those with 7+ years of overall experience.

Experience needed

The role calls for 5 to 12 years of total experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on work in implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OIC). For VBCS-based SaaS extension development, 7+ years of experience is preferred.

Technical responsibilities

Design and build integrations across Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud HCM, and other SaaS/PaaS platforms.
Work extensively with adapters such as File, Database, Oracle ERP, and FTP.
Use web service and XML technologies including XML, XPath, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, and XSD.
Handle the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through documentation, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Investigate and resolve technical as well as configuration-related issues.
Produce technical specifications, design documents, configuration details, quality checks, implementation outputs, and project review inputs.
Communicate clearly with functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
Apply debugging skills to diagnose and fix integration problems.

VBCS / Oracle Fusion responsibilities

Develop SaaS extensions using Oracle VBCS/VBS where applicable.
Create Redwood-aligned user interfaces and responsive front-end experiences.
Integrate with Oracle services through REST and SOAP APIs.
Manage client-side and server-side logic using JavaScript and PL/SQL.
Support secure deployments, production issues, testing, reviews, and DevOps workflows.
Maintain clear project documentation and work closely with business teams.
