Operations Associate - Full-Time Position in Dublin

We are seeking an Operations Associate who will play a vital role within our store team by driving store profitability and operational efficiency. The associate will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to implement initiatives, complete tasks, and provide feedback aimed at optimizing store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently carry out inventory management tasks ensuring high accuracy and minimizing loss.
• Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies, coordinating with the General Manager to address procedural or system deficiencies.
• Assist with core operational duties such as shipment handling, receiving items, processing reverse transfers, maintaining the sales floor, replenishment during the day, updating floor sets, and managing supplies.
• Maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards throughout the sales area.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for reporting, budgeting, expense control, inventory maintenance, vendor interactions, technology, and facilities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Promote workplace safety and streamline operations by upholding rigorous stockroom standards and protocols.
• Adapt actively on the retail floor to meet dynamic business, team, and customer needs.
• Implement company-wide operational directives and projects alongside management leadership.
• Support shipment processing and ensure smooth product flow, including strategic product placement and timely replenishment.
• Employ business insight through analyzing metrics to guide business-driven strategies.
• Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Report product-related concerns and update inventory requirements to align with business objectives.
• Provide assistance to other departments such as Sales & Service and Cashier functions as required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-focused sales and operational settings is preferred.
• Strong passion for customer service and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Energetic, positive attitude capable of interweaving enjoyment with professional duties.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with eagerness to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to build authentic relationships grounded in empathy, compassion, integrity, and trust.
• Physical capability to lift, push, or carry weights up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, and safely ascending or descending ladders.
• Capability to remain standing and mobile for the duration of a work shift.

Work Schedule and Additional Information

Employees must be flexible to schedule changes and varying availability as defined by business demands. The General Manager will create schedules that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, with potential alterations. Availability during the week of Black Friday through the holiday season up to early January is mandatory.
