Job Overview

The role involves proactively reaching out to both potential and current customers to market personal loan and credit card offerings. The candidate will explain the product details, determine customer requirements, and support application completion while upholding high standards of customer service.

Key Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote financial products.
• Clearly describe the features, eligibility criteria, and advantages of personal loans and credit cards.
• Generate prospective customer leads and successfully convert them into completed applications.
• Confirm the accuracy of customer information and keep detailed records.
• Follow up with clients on the status of their applications and necessary paperwork.
• Respond to customer inquiries and solve straightforward issues effectively.
• Achieve targets for sales and call volumes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Adhere strictly to company guidelines and banking regulations throughout all processes.
