Job Overview
Inforicha Solution is seeking an experienced Outbound Telecaller for its Bhubaneswar, Odisha location. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls to promote company products and services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain and promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and convert leads, turning inquiries into actual sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and conduct follow-ups.
- Address customer queries and provide outstanding support.
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Candidate Requirements
- At least six months of prior experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, or customer support roles.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Adaptability to a target-driven work environment.
- Only experienced candidates will be considered; freshers are not eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹16,000.
- Additional monthly performance incentives up to ₹5,000.
