Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This Overnight Associate role focuses on enhancing customer service by managing the receipt and movement of merchandise from unloading trailers, organizing pallets, to preparing and stocking the sales floor, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The position involves collaboration within a team to prioritize and execute tasks aligned with operational demands during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor prior to store opening, including labeling and merchandising tasks.
• Set up promotional displays, merchandise features, and signage accurately.
• Conduct live unloading and processing of various merchandise shipments.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stock areas, differentiating from day and evening shifts.
• Transport pallets between the sales floor and stock areas for efficient overnight processing.
• Support sales floor restocking as assigned and assist customers when needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75 CAD.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
