Core Responsibilities

• Sort and handle recyclable tire materials efficiently.
• Support various production and processing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Load and unload materials while adhering to safety standards.
• Keep the work environment clean, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Strictly observe and implement company health and safety protocols.
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Capability to carry out physically intensive tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong awareness of workplace safety.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must possess CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots.
• Forklift certification is considered an advantage.

Schedule and Compensation

• Part-time weekend shifts only.
• Workdays include Saturdays and Sundays.
• Shift hours are from 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.
• Hourly pay rate of $20.34.
