About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Partner Enablement Manager based in the United Arab Emirates to remotely lead initiatives that enhance partner capabilities and boost channel performance. This role involves creating scalable onboarding and training programs to empower distributors, resellers, strategic alliances, technology partners, and channel partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute partner enablement strategies, learning modules, onboarding processes, and certification programs aligned with business growth and partner success objectives.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of partner onboarding, training, certification, knowledge sharing, and continuous development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments including channel sales, partner management, product, marketing, customer success, technical support, operations, and leadership to craft impactful enablement content and initiatives.
  • Create and update partner resources such as playbooks, sales guides, technical documents, product training content, webinars, workshops, and self-service learning materials.
  • Track key performance indicators like onboarding completion, certification rates, engagement levels, training outcomes, partner satisfaction, revenue growth, and adoption of programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously refine and enhance enablement offerings.
  • Oversee partner learning platforms and technology systems including LMS, partner portals, knowledge bases, content libraries, and digital collaboration tools for an engaging educational experience.
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI learning technologies, learning analytics, automation, and personalization to advance program effectiveness.
  • Support partner readiness for sales through product launch training, competitive positioning, sales methodologies, technical guidance, customer success best practices, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership to evaluate program impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of enablement specialists, coordinators, and partner success personnel while promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Education, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree or certifications in Learning & Development, Channel Management, Sales Enablement, Project Management, or comparable qualifications are beneficial.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, sales enablement, partner management, learning and development, or customer success roles.
  • Preferred 2+ years managing partner onboarding, channel programs, enablement initiatives, or enterprise learning programs.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, channel sales, onboarding processes, adult learning theories, instructional design, certification programs, sales enablement, and customer success practices.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, along with PRM platforms, LMS solutions, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, content management, and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of AI learning platforms, microlearning, digital adoption solutions, learning analytics, partner portals, knowledge management, and automation technologies is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, organizational abilities, project management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
