About the Role

The People Ops team's goal is to cultivate an environment where outstanding individuals can excel. As a People Partner, you will be at the core of our rapid growth, ensuring seamless employee experiences and advancing your HR career through practical, impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage or assist with essential HR functions to provide employees with consistent support throughout their tenure.
• Act as a dependable and approachable contact for team members, addressing daily inquiries and directing unresolved matters appropriately.
• Implement various people-related programs and initiatives.
• Adapt to evolving organizational needs and embrace emerging project opportunities.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions.
• Assist in managing performance review logistics and other recurring HR programs.
• Support compliance-related processes such as I-9 verification, state registrations, and leave paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in HR or People Operations roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exit procedures, payroll, benefits management, compliance, and employee support.
• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple concurrent processes and deadlines.
• Ability to follow established procedures while escalating judgment calls appropriately.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and advance within People Operations.
• Preferred: Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 US dollars, with offers individualized based on experience, skills, market comparables, and location-related cost of living.
