Performance Coordinator - Laundry Operations

About the Role

Join Snoonu as a Performance Coordinator specializing in laundry services based in Lusail, Qatar. This role offers the chance to shape quality standards and operational procedures across all service types including wash & fold, dry cleaning, pressing, and specialty treatments. You will play a critical role in auditing vendors, managing complaints, and ensuring performance excellence as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and formalize quality benchmarks for all laundry service categories.
• Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures covering from item reception to packaging and delivery.
• Conduct regular vendor audits by visiting partner facilities, evaluating performance, and providing structured feedback.
• Manage damage claims and customer complaints by investigating root causes and implementing prevention strategies.
• Set turnaround time service level agreements, monitor compliance, and address any deviations.
• Maintain accountability for items throughout the customer-to-vendor journey via tracking systems.
• Lead onboarding processes for new vendors, including qualification, induction, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare operational processes and quality controls for scaling up B2B and corporate accounts like hotels.
• Collaborate with the performance team to convert customer feedback into continuous operational improvements.
• Build and develop the operations team to maintain service quality amid business growth.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3 to 8 years working in laundry, housekeeping, facilities management, or soft services operations.
• Proven experience in setting and enforcing service quality standards, not just adhering to them.
• Demonstrated ability to write or apply SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Experienced in managing vendor or outsourcing relationships with a focus on quality.
• Highly attentive to detail with a low tolerance for inconsistency.
• Capable of hands-on work, especially critical in the early stages where the role is being developed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in managing hotel or commercial laundry operations.
• Professional experience with linen management, dry cleaning, or garment care.
• Experience with on-demand or logistics platforms.
• Familiarity with Qatar or GCC local market, vendors, and customer context.
• Arabic language skills.
• Experience preparing operations for large B2B or institutional contracts.
