Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will handle multiple paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for various clients. You'll design funnel strategies from the ground up, create detailed creative briefs for the design team, and be accountable for crucial metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and LTV. Presenting performance reports to clients with an emphasis on transparency and trust will be part of your job.

Work Environment

You'll have the opportunity to work across different sectors including D2C skincare and real estate, adapting quickly while maintaining strategic rigor. This is an early-stage company providing high ownership, direct founder access, and the chance to shape the performance marketing process. The role involves flexibility amidst ambiguity and evolving playbooks.

Candidate Profile

Looking for candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience preferably in agency or brand settings managing multiple campaigns concurrently. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is essential, along with a systems-thinking approach focusing on audience segmentation, creative experiments, landing page optimization, and retention mechanisms.
