Zoople Technologies is currently seeking a dedicated Placement Executive to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. We aim to streamline and enhance our student placement processes to ensure successful career pathways for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with students to understand their career objectives and offer tailored guidance on interview preparation, resume building, and professional skill enhancement.
• Organize and facilitate career development activities, including workshops, simulated interviews, and networking sessions.
• Research potential employer partners and foster strong relationships to increase placement opportunities.
• Coordinate with company HR teams to schedule campus recruitment drives and ensure smooth communication.
• Manage logistics for placement events such as venue arrangements, catering, and promotional efforts.
• Assist in the interview and hiring process by organizing schedules, gathering feedback, and tracking job offers.
• Maintain detailed records of placement outcomes, including offers accepted or declined, and produce analytical reports on placement success and trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Prior understanding of recruitment and placement strategies is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and managing databases.
