Role Overview

The Platform Product Manager will lead the vision, strategic planning, and roadmap execution of the core talent-matching platform at Vivid Pulse. This position is fully remote and requires managing the gathering and prioritization of feature requirements while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders. The goal is to enhance functionalities around job search, candidate-employer matching, and application processes to elevate engagement and conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define detailed product specifications and maintain the product backlog.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on release schedules and ensure timely delivery of improvements.
• Analyze user behaviors and platform data to identify optimization opportunities and implement A/B testing experiments.
• Stay abreast of market trends and competitor products to maintain platform innovation and competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in product management including roadmap creation, requirements elicitation, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging product analytics and experimentation methods to drive decisions.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in agile or similar development frameworks.
• Familiarity with digital platforms or marketplaces, especially in recruitment, HR technology, or SaaS domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of simplifying complex topics for varied audiences.
• Demonstrated track record of independent work in remote settings managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced qualifications advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Platform Product Manager or similar, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
