As a Player Development Manager, you will lead Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts in delivering high-touch support to VIP players. The role is focused on improving net revenue through proactive sales activity while maintaining exceptional service for both new and returning VIP customers. You will also help refine processes, collaborate across functions, and support innovation on the VIP team.
What you’ll do
- Help drive important VIP sales results that support customer engagement, market share growth, and net revenue, while strengthening relationships with current customers.
- Support process improvements and compliance efforts that make operations more efficient and service more effective, while coaching the team to perform better.
- Partner with Analytics teams to track reinvestment initiatives, such as promotions and reward offers, by reviewing reports alongside actual transaction data.
- Assist VIP leadership with the creation and rollout of sales training programs.
- Take part in escalation handling, working with customers and internal teams to resolve client issues.
- Lead a high-performing team through coaching, clear feedback, and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
What you’ll need
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team with strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
- A solid understanding of the product line, plus the ability to identify and apply strategies that improve efficiency and revenue.
- Experience coaching teams to provide strong customer experiences and consistent sales execution.
- Ability to obtain and keep the required State Gaming Licenses.

For this full-time position, the U.S. base salary range is 108,800 USD to 136,000 USD, with bonus, equity, and benefits available where applicable. Pay is set based on role, level, location, and other factors such as experience and education. In Massachusetts, employers cannot require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment, and violations may lead to criminal and civil penalties.
