About the Role
Empire Life is seeking a Process Improvement Leader to join its Operations team, working remotely in Ontario. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving key business metrics, collaborating across teams, and using data for tracking success.
- Develop and implement new processes, control systems, reports, and training materials.
- Coach and mentor business leaders, employees, and future Process Improvement Leaders on methodologies and best practices.
- Build strong relationships across departments to support organizational change and achievement of goals.
- Enhance customer experiences by leveraging data analysis, journey mapping, and stakeholder feedback.
- Address challenges by problem-solving and adapting efforts to evolving business needs and constraints.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 1-3 years in relevant fields such as data science, analytics, artificial intelligence, process design, project or product management, operations management, or client management.
Qualities: Demonstrated leadership, ownership, adaptability, rapid learning, critical thinking, and a data-driven approach. Excellent communication, collaborative spirit, customer focus, technical aptitude, and strategic thinking are essential.
Education: Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.

- Primary office location in Ontario; role supports a remote/hybrid work model based on candidate location.
- English proficiency is required for communication across Canada.

- Total target compensation range: $75,319 - $124,260 (includes salary and target bonus).
