Job Overview
This full-time position based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, offers a salary range of AED 4000 to AED 6000 per month. The Product Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the product development lifecycle from concept creation to launch by managing timelines, liaising with suppliers, handling documentation, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product development schedules, track pending tasks, and oversee project progression.
- Facilitate communication and updates between Product Managers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain and organize product specifications, timelines, reports, documents, and samples meticulously.
- Coordinate the processing of packaging, design artwork, user manuals, certifications, and required approvals.
- Alert management about any delays or issues encountered during projects proactively.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, effective coordination capabilities, and excellent time management.
- Proficient in English communication; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, follow up diligently, and comply with deadlines.
- Prior internship or coordination experience will be considered valuable.
