Decile Group is revolutionizing venture capital by making it a positive force globally. They aim to launch 1,000 next-generation VC firms and lead the VC Lab accelerator program, along with managing the Decile Hub platform to lower barriers for new investors in early-stage venture firms.

Role Overview

We seek a Product Manager to join the product team and take ownership of key areas within Decile Hub. The ideal candidate is technically adept, highly user-centric, and communicates complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in AI tools as an integral part of daily work is essential. Comfort with ambiguity and a talent for defining precise specifications from unclear problems is required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product features from concept through launch, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Create comprehensive and clear product specifications including functional requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and open questions, enabling engineers to build without further clarification.
• Engage closely with customers through interviews, support tickets, and calls to gather actionable insights while aligning with business goals.
• Leverage AI technologies for synthesis, research, documentation, and segmentation to enhance product management effectiveness.
• Maintain a prioritized and transparent product roadmap across stakeholders, communicating timelines, risks, and tradeoffs proactively.
• Collaborate across teams including engineering, operations, legal operations, and customer success to ensure alignment and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years experience in SaaS product management or technical project leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver complex features from start to finish.
• Exceptional clarity in written communication, with well-structured specs and clear messages.
• Strong technical understanding of web application development and ability to collaborate with engineers.
• Advanced and active use of AI tools integrated into daily workflow.
• Experience designing user-centric workflows for operational, financial, or extensive product processes.
• Excellent prioritization skills, able to balance urgent and important tasks and manage scope effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Background in venture capital, fund administration, or financial compliance workflows.
• Experience in operations, legal operations, or automating workflows.
• Familiarity with product analytics and user behavior analysis to guide feature design and onboarding strategies.

Additional Information

Applicants must be located within close time zones to Pacific Time (California) to accommodate frequent Zoom and Slack communications. Candidates should be prepared to actively engage with customers and use AI tools daily as core work elements. The salary range for this full-time remote position is $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
