About the Role

Join Tesla as a Product Manager responsible for the Material Flow System, the core warehouse management and supply chain platform that supports material operations across Tesla's global facilities including factories, distribution hubs, and service centers. This position requires overseeing the product vision and roadmap, collaborating extensively with cross-disciplinary teams to implement comprehensive solutions that enhance inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse workflows at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years’ professional experience as a subject matter expert in Warehouse Management Systems with practical hands-on expertise.
  • Proficient in quantitative problem-solving techniques including data analysis and SQL querying.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (certification optional), or Kaizen.
  • Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with aptitude to analyze data, trends, and algorithms effectively to support sound decision-making.
  • Proactive approach, comfortable working with incomplete information and ambiguity, with a demonstrated ability to initiate and lead new projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across varied cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities and building stakeholder consensus.
  • Experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions is considered advantageous.
