Your Role

As a Product Manager at Acclaro, you will spearhead the development of our AI-driven platform ecosystem, enhancing how global brands scale their content operations with intelligence and ease. This pivotal position involves harmonizing strategy, tactical initiatives, and AI-accelerated workflows to streamline complex product developments.

You will collaborate extensively with teams across Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and external clients, helping define future possibilities for next-generation localization and content automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain an AI-enhanced product operating system leveraging large language models (LLMs), agents, and automation to speed up discovery, product requirements documentation, validation, and backlog management.
• Direct the strategic product roadmap for Acclaro's proprietary platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and user demands.
• Convert overarching goals into detailed feature sets, technical specifications, and measurable success metrics.
• Enhance platform scalability and ecosystem growth through API-first strategies and third-party integrations.
• Lead exploratory research into LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and emerging technologies to maintain Acclaro’s leadership in AI-powered localization.
• Employ data-driven AI analytics to monitor KPIs, assess product effectiveness, and optimize continuously.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Linguistic Services teams to provide a unified and superior product experience.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of eight years of experience in SaaS product management, including independently managing products from conception to launch.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or possess equivalent professional or military experience.
• Adopt an AI-first mindset, utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and decision-making processes.
• Demonstrate deep engineering fluency, especially in architecture, APIs, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Approach your own productivity like a product, continuously improving processes, systems, and workflows.
• Excel in fast-paced, distributed teams where ownership and clarity are critical.
• Balance empathy for users with a strategic business outlook to design intuitive, high-impact experiences for a global audience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an AI power user, having created personal AI agents or workflow automations to boost productivity.
• Expertise in designing API-first platforms and strategies for integrating third-party services.
• Advanced academic or professional certifications such as an MBA, MS in Computer Science, or cloud certifications like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with localization or multilingual content workflows.
