Role Summary and Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee daily gap analyses with catch-up strategies to ensure production targets are met.
  • Execute monthly Pareto chart analyses and apply 5 Why root cause analysis to identify issues.
  • Maintain the Obeya board, showcasing key operational metrics for transparent communication.
  • Create and sustain leader check sheets to enhance supervisory oversight.
  • Conduct training programs for team leaders and evaluate their effectiveness regularly.
  • Monitor changes related to the 4M principles—Man, Machine, Material, and Method—to maintain process integrity.
  • Carry out monthly stock verifications and document findings for audit and control purposes.
  • Lead closure of internal audit gaps and oversee Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementations.
  • Engage in Red Bin analysis and initiate necessary corrective measures.
  • Perform expiry audits to ensure all materials meet compliance requirements.
  • Continuously update and manage the skill matrix for all team members to track competencies and training needs.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation required for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Monitor, track, and report on team KPIs and performance indicators to drive accountability.
  • Observe production trials firsthand and compile detailed trial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and foster ongoing improvement initiatives.
