Production Operator (m/w/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery by starting, stopping, and ensuring proper functionality of equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines and assist the technical team during major maintenance tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections regularly on produced goods and maintain detailed production and quality logs.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth production workflows and propose improvements to supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial field or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
• Good teamwork skills and strong communication capabilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Proficient in German language.
