Key duties

• Own and be accountable for overall cost, schedule, and performance across assigned work.
• Prepare cost estimates, analyze expenses, reconcile estimates, and support financial planning, budget development, and execution activities.
• Coordinate, plan, monitor, and carry out program projects so customer needs are met.
• Build and keep an integrated master schedule or equivalent tracking tool that captures tasks and milestones in sufficient detail and keeps them fully aligned.
• Evaluate programs and make informed trade-offs among performance, cost, risk, and schedule while staying within approved limits.
• Develop and deliver formal written and oral briefings for government and industry stakeholders covering program progress, funding status, new proposals, and policy updates.
• Help reduce exposure and risk tied to required airworthiness assessments for aircraft owned, leased, used, designed, or modified by the Department of Defense.

Minimum salary: 108019
Maximum salary: 140426
