  • Convert project information into connected schedule views that are easy to interpret.
  • Assist with monthly schedule updates and regular reporting cycles.
  • Guide teams and stakeholders on effective scheduling practices.

About you

You are a proactive, practical problem-solver who works well with others and builds strong working relationships.

  • Hands-on setup and operational experience with Primavera and Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of client portfolio, programme, and project work breakdown structures.
  • Previous experience in a comparable project role within a Portfolio Management Office or similar environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field, and/or a project management qualification such as PM2 or AACE, is preferred.

  • Access to training and professional development.
  • Life and income protection insurance.
  • Generous parental leave provisions.
