Role Overview
The Project Coordinator (Central Services Coordinator) supports estimating, design, and operations teams by managing administrative and data-focused tasks to ensure the efficient flow of business processes. This role reports directly to the Director of Business Operations and belongs to the Business Operations System and Technology division.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitate project initiation, ongoing management, and closeout procedures.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and records.
- Handle administrative duties related to projects.
- Assist in warranty processing and post-project documentation.
- Support insurance certification requests and subcontractor onboarding processes.
- Coordinate workflow across departments to fulfill various requests.
- Ensure business data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Upload project budgets and bills of materials into the ERP system.
- Manage product catalogs, lifecycle statuses, and vendor details.
- Conduct data audits and perform cleanup tasks.
- Compile and circulate reports and key performance metrics.
- Maintain customer and vendor information within the CRM system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Effective communication skills facilitating interaction at all organizational levels, including clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Time management skills to handle assignments efficiently and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
