About the Role

This contract position of Project Coordinator Specialist is based in Toronto with a hybrid onsite arrangement, lasting for 6 months. A background check is mandatory for candidates. The ideal candidate should have around six years of experience coordinating projects, preferably operating within the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the enablement of project outcomes by assisting in defining dependency scopes and intake procedures during planning phases.
  • Collaborate in the development and upkeep of financial estimates, business case documentation, and data analytics.
  • Under leadership direction, aid in project intake, demand management, prioritization, and review of issues, risk factors, change requests, and dependencies.
  • Generate delivery health and status reports, manage data and reports via Planview, track value delivery, and coordinate demand and capacity aspects.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and address inefficiencies.
  • Implement secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data and technology solutions against vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Communicate and provide visibility regarding program and portfolio matters.
  • Prepare and analyze program and portfolio financials, monitor variances, and report financials to Delivery Leaders or Business Solution Area Leaders.
  • Assist with resource capacity planning according to roadmap schedules and support leaders in resource allocation and assignment using standard tools.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing information is provided to align staffing levels with all demand factors affecting the area.
