About the Role

PE Global is seeking a Project Manager for a prominent multinational biotechnology firm located in Dublin. This position is a 12-month contract role with hybrid working arrangements, requiring presence onsite at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational readiness efforts by coordinating cross-functional activities throughout key project milestones including FAT, SAT, FT, AVS, EMPQ, Media Fill, and PPQ.
  • Maintain a comprehensive forward-planning view (12 to 18 months) to ensure seamless sequencing of equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Align readiness plans from Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Environmental Health & Safety teams into a unified, synchronized execution schedule.
  • Provide timely visibility into project readiness status, identify risks, and escalate issues to uphold compliance, safety, and operational reliability.
  • Implement standardized processes for readiness reviews, decision tracking, and action completion to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Develop and enforce progress tracking systems to monitor milestone readiness, validate data accuracy, and maintain schedule adherence.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable by identifying performance shortfalls and fostering resolution of bottlenecks and schedule conflicts.
  • Generate data-driven reports to support regular update cycles and facilitate informed decision making.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks threatening critical milestones, working collaboratively to devise and monitor mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for schedule-related decisions ensuring all functions adhere to an integrated project plan.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Level 8) in Science or Engineering.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software tools.
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle phases such as commissioning and qualification.
