The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of Asseta implementations for family office clients, managing plans, schedules, and stakeholder communication for multiple simultaneous projects. Coordinating efforts among implementation consultants, engineers, and client teams, you will ensure that each initiative is completed on schedule, within scope, and with high quality, from initiation through go-live and stabilization phases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of several Asseta implementation projects concurrently from start through go-live and stabilization.
  • Develop and update project schedules, deliverables, and strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Act as the main contact for clients regarding project progress, milestones, and expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including implementation consultants, engineering, and clients to keep projects on track.
  • Drive project milestones through critical phases such as Conference Room Pilot (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live, ensuring punctual and quality outcomes.
  • Spot and address risks and obstacles early to safeguard project timelines and objectives.
  • Lead workshops, status meetings, and executive briefings, maintaining clear communication at all organizational levels.
  • Help enhance delivery methodologies, onboarding, and project management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience managing projects, preferably in software implementation or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple client projects with overlapping priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong familiarity with implementation lifecycles and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience engaging directly with senior client executives like controllers, CFOs, and family office staff.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or CSM are advantageous.
  • Background in financial software, accounting platforms, or the family office/wealth management sectors is a significant plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary ranging from 130000 to 170000 USD.
  • Eligibility for equity participation.
  • Complete health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Unlimited paid time off policy.
  • Opportunities for conference attendance sponsorship and professional training.
  • Regular company off-site events and team-building activities.
