Project Site Engineer

About the Role

Tesseract Interior Decoration LLC seeks a Site Engineer to join their expanding team in Dubai, focused on interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site execution of interior fit-out assignments.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Examine drawings, track site progress, and address any technical challenges.
• Develop project timelines, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material needs, and weekly progress documentation.
• Participate in site and client meetings to facilitate clear communication and timely actions.
• Manage coordination of inspections by authorities ensuring compliance with Dubai building codes, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Supervise quality control, adherence to schedules, and workforce productivity while maintaining workmanship standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out or Civil Works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and preparation of BOQs.
• Well-versed in Dubai regulatory procedures, site operations, and building standards.
• Mandatory possession of a valid UAE driving license.
• Immediate availability to assume the role.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
