Job Overview

We seek a meticulous and analytical QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role involves assuring operational excellence, adhering to industry standards, and guaranteeing quality and reliability across systems and processes. The candidate will collaborate across departments, contractors, and stakeholders to develop, implement, and enforce robust quality assurance and control procedures that promote organizational success and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee comprehensive QA/QC plans and protocols in line with company standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Perform regular quality audits, system evaluations, and operational inspections to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor adherence to organizational guidelines, validating maintenance, performance, documentation, and reporting procedures.
• Conduct tests such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), System Integration Tests (SIT), and operational validations.
• Analyze performance data and detect trends affecting quality and reliability; propose corrective measures and process enhancements.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC documentation including reports, non-conformance records, corrective/preventive action plans, test logs, and change control records.
• Develop risk assessment protocols and quality checkpoints working closely with operations, engineering, and integration teams.
• Interpret technical schematics, specifications, and system documents to ensure quality requirements throughout project phases.
• Collaborate with internal units, contractors, and external partners during quality escalations, incidents, or reviews.
• Deliver quality awareness training to engineering and operations teams fostering continuous improvement culture.
• Keep updated with emerging industry practices, technologies, and quality management standards.
• Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance during quality assurance and audit operations.

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines like Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer, Civil, or related fields, or equivalent certification.
• 5 to 8 years of practical experience in QA/QC roles within technical, industrial, or systems operations sectors.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, system testing, and operational quality management.
• Track record of developing and executing QA/QC processes and protocols effectively.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with capability in data interpretation and performance evaluations.
• Proficiency in conducting quality audits, system evaluations, and compliance checks.
• Experienced in testing methodologies including FAT, SAT, and SIT protocols.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

• Expertise in root cause analysis and planning corrective actions.
• Familiar with quality management software, testing tools, and data analytics applications.
