Job Overview
We are seeking a part-time Quality Partner to join our Quality Improvement and Risk team based at our Head Office in Ringwood, Victoria, located on the lands of the Wurundjeri People. This is an ongoing role (0.8 FTE) from Monday to Thursday with some hybrid working options available. The position offers generous Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate accreditation processes and assist programs in meeting regulatory and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee quality governance systems, risk management, and service quality enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze organizational data and performance trends to uncover improvement opportunities supporting evidence-based decisions.
- Collaborate with various teams to implement sustainable quality improvement projects.
- Manage incident and feedback processes focused on customer safety and excellence in service delivery.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, clinical governance, and risk management within the healthcare sector. They will thrive in a collaborative environment that values continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
- Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience.
- Proficiency in quality assurance, clinical governance, or risk management practices.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, quality systems, and accreditation standards.
- Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and report generation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Customer-centric and committed to service enhancement.
