About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to engage with customers, primarily in the banking and financial sector. This role welcomes freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to thrive in this position.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic understanding of banking operations and financial products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service.
• Sales aptitude and persuasive communication abilities.
• Familiarity with computer systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Fluency in English is obligatory; proficiency in one additional language among Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada is required.

Additional Information

This is an onsite position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The monthly salary ranges from 12,000 to 16,000 INR. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and preference will be given to candidates with up to one year of related experience.
