Overview

Fedbank Financial Services is seeking a motivated and target-driven professional to expand its Micro and Small Enterprise Loan Against Property (MSE LAP) portfolio. The ideal candidate will effectively source MSE LAP business from open markets and established gold loan branches, leveraging strong industry knowledge and networking skills to foster business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source MSE LAP business by leveraging open market opportunities and referrals from gold loan branches.
• Identify potential clients within the SME/MSE segment and generate qualified leads to drive sales.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Loan Against Property products tailored to those requirements.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation and facilitate seamless loan application processing.
• Collaborate closely with credit and operations teams to expedite deal finalization.
• Consistently meet or exceed business targets and contribute to overall organizational growth.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year recent experience specifically in sourcing MSE LAP business from the open market.
• Demonstrated history of achieving assigned sales targets within LAP and SME lending domains.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to operate independently and effectively within a competitive field sales environment.
