Job Overview
As a Restaurant Shift Leader at Love's in Madison, GA, you will oversee customer service and daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The role includes managing cashier activities, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, and supporting cross-department functions. Ideal candidates exhibit flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver general customer service by assisting patrons, answering product and service questions, and responding to customer needs.
- Accurately balance cash registers, process transactions, and promote additional sales while complying with all relevant laws.
- Maintain food safety standards for fresh and deli products using appropriate technology and methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of personal work areas, sales floor, restrooms, showers, fuel pumps, and perform trash removal.
- Engage in cross-training opportunities in departments like Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership.
- Physically capable of lifting 25+ pounds and working under varying temperature conditions.
