Retail Associate - Keyholder

About the Role

Best Buy Canada is currently seeking a Retail Associate - Keyholder, also known as Solutions Advisor - Keyholder, to join their team in Owen Sound, Ontario. This role involves maintaining store appearance and processing customer transactions such as purchases, returns, and trade-ins. No previous experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate across all store areas to offer a comprehensive customer experience, from product selection to service setup and transaction processing.
• Express enthusiasm for technology and share broad product knowledge with customers.
• Support store operations, including opening and closing duties and managing merchandise arrivals.
• Handle customer escalation and other situations when the store leader is not present.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Willingness to assist customers eagerly.
• Ability to adapt swiftly in a fast-moving environment.
• Commitment to fostering a safe and enjoyable workplace.
• Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years, depending on province) to activate mobile accounts.
