Job Overview
We are recruiting an experienced RPA Developer to join our team in Chennai. The candidate should possess solid expertise in automating business workflows leveraging RPA technologies, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath. Competence in scripting languages, especially Python, will be considered a strong asset. The role demands proactive communication and customer interaction skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and deploy RPA automation solutions primarily using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Analyze current business processes to identify automation potentials.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document automation requirements clearly.
- Build and implement RPA bots aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation workflows ensuring faultless operation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of automated workflows for quality assurance.
- Maintain and upgrade automation processes regularly.
- Engage with clients to provide technical insights and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of practical experience in RPA development.
- Strong command of UiPath ecosystem including Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, Assets, and Schedulers.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop.
- Expertise in developing both attended and unattended automations.
- Well-versed in exception handling, logging, and retry logic.
- Experience with REFramework and recognized UiPath best practices.
- Capability to translate business processes into automation workflows.
- Proficient in handling Excel, PDFs, emails, web apps, and APIs within automations.
- Awareness of credential management and security protocols.
- Experience administering bots in production environments including deployment and monitoring.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently with stakeholders.
Additional Advantage
- Experience with AnyDesk or remote desktop environments for unattended bots.
- Basic scripting skills in Python or PowerShell are desirable.
Eligibility
Applicants should have completed any of the following: B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, B.Sc in Computer Science and Technology, or any other graduate degree.
