Role Responsibilities

  • Engage potential students proactively across multiple platforms such as phone calls, emails, and webinars to understand their academic aspirations and requirements.
  • Provide detailed insights into our EdTech products and services, demonstrating how these offerings align with and support students' educational goals.
  • Maintain consistent communication and foster positive relationships within the business-to-customer segment.
  • Respond promptly to any queries or challenges, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Promote and uphold a favorable image of the company through excellent customer service.
  • Ensure sustained follow-ups to address prospects’ inquiries and nurture ongoing interest.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics including lead conversions and enrollment rates.
  • Encourage best practices in sales and customer engagement to achieve high sales outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized institution is required.
  • 0 to 6 months of experience in B2C sales is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to the EdTech sector is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu, both verbal and written.
  • Competency in using Google Business Suite applications like Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
