Role Overview
As a Scrum Master working remotely from Toronto, you will oversee project scopes and timelines, ensure smooth sprint coordination, and promote Agile methodologies within teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and delivery schedules effectively.
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks to enhance performance.
- Promote transparent communication and foster collaboration internally.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs and accommodate new requests.
- Address conflicts promptly and remove barriers to progress.
- Guide implementation of process improvements within teams.
- Maintain quality standards for all sprint deliverables.
- Encourage teams to advance their Scrum maturity levels.
- Create a motivating work environment where team members take ownership and find satisfaction in their products.
